Saturday, Sept. 5 – Lakeview Police Department and the Lake County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Lake County Fairgrounds regarding the report of a fight. As a result, one juvenile was arrested for assault.
Friday, Sept. 11 – At 11 a.m., Lakeview Police Department conducted a traffic stop on North E Street at 1st Street. Augusto Badillo was issued a citation for no driver license and his vehicle was impounded per Lakeview Police Department policy.
Tuesday, Sept. 29 – At 11:50 a.m., Lakeview Police Department received a report of a violation of a restraining order. Morgan Bruce Langslet was arrested for Violation of Restraining Order.
Thursday, Oct. 1 – At 8:50 a.m., Lakeview Police Department responded to the report of an erratic driver. Vicki Adornetto was arrested and lodged without incident for DUII Controlled Substance.
Thursday, Oct. 1 – At 10:38 a.m., Lakeview Police Department assisted the Lake County Community Correction and arrested Tyler Reed for a parole violation.

Thursday, Sept. 24 – At 11:23 a.m., a vehicle was traveling south on Hwy 395 near MP 135. The juvenile driver drove off the roadway then over-corrected trying to regain control. The vehicle rolled several times and came to an uncontrolled rest in the ditch. The driver sustained moderate injuries. The vehicle sustained major damage. Lakeview Auto towed the vehicle. Lake County Sheriff’s Department assisted on scene.
Sunday, Sept. 27 – At 9:48 a.m., a driver lost control of their vehicle for unknown reasons. The vehicle went off a steep embankment and came to an uncontrollable rest on its top. The driver was transported by air ambulance to Sky Lake Medical Center while the passenger was transported by ambulance to Lake District Hospital. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Lakeview Towing. Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Bureau of Land Management assisted on the scene.
Sunday, Sept. 27 – At 8:14 p.m., Richard Bruce Dent, 63, was westbound on Hwy 140 near MP 15.5 when he fell asleep, drifted onto the north shoulder, over-corrected and drove down the south embankment into the creek. Dean Lawrence Towing from Bly recovered the vehicle from about 4-5 feet of water. Dent was cited for careless driving.
